Erie County Ballot Initiative that was word salad:

A couple of people have asked for the text of the Word Salad Erie County initiative, which many people just didn't vote on at all because it was such abject nonsense:

Shall there be approved in the County of Erie, Local Law Intro. No. 3 of 2008, entitled "A LOCAL LAW, entitled Tax Payer Protection Law, amending Article II, Section 202, known as, the Powers and Duties of the County Legislature and Section 2612 of Article XVIII known as, certain resolutions of County Legislature subject to executive veto."?

I actually had an opinion on this, and voted, but many people had no clue about the 'give the exec more power" initiative, and several more have asked me...WTF was that?
