    The SWEETROLL Recipe (mostly for Sam)

    This is the Betty Crocker sticky roll recipe that became my sweetrolls. What is different is listed after:

    2 packages regular or quick active dry yeast becomes 2 "yeast spoons" of SAF Red Instant yeast, but this doesn't make a difference for 90% of people.

    Also, I use 100% King Arthur Flour, and did my kneading with my Kitchen Aid. (but that doesn't matter)
    Used BUTTER, not margarine, dark brown sugar, not light brown, white corn syrup, not brown, to the DOUGH, I added, 1/4 tsp orange extract, 1/4 tsp fiori di sicllia. and 1 tsp tangerine zest (because I still have tangerines in my fridge)
    I used only saigon cinnamon.

    To step 3 (the sauce), I added 1/4tsp vanilla and 1/4 orange extract and another 1 tsp of tangerine zest.
    Left out nuts and raisins
